I specialize in acupuncture paired with Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) to address stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, pain - chronic and acute, as well as hormonal concerns and allergies.

I also offer online and in-person coaching. My style of coaching is uniquely suited for people looking for clarity and solid footing, a renewed sense of well-being after emotional or physical turmoil or those who are unable to remember what makes them feel alive.

I am happy to chat with you before you schedule with me to determine if I can be of service and which service might be most effective for you. I also know all the best practitioners in the area and I am happy to connect you if my service is not the right fit - and sometimes it isn't. Either way you will get phenomenal care.

Pricing for Acupuncture with FSM Sessions

First visits: $75-$90

Return visits: $50-$80

Mini Sessions at BSC*: $30

Your first visit is designed to provide ample time for a meaningful conversation centered on your personal health goals and concerns. Every session includes both Acupuncture and Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) treatment, giving you the full benefit of these therapies working together.

Return visit sessions include FSM alongside Acupuncture to maximize healing and restoration. Discount packages are available for those who choose to book multiple sessions in advance.

*Mini sessions are offered once a week, typically Fridays, at the Burlington Senior Center. These focus on one main concern and include 30 minutes of restful time in a zero-gravity chair, also incorporating FSM to enhance results.

Pricing for Life Coaching Sessions

Coaching Sessions:

In-person or by phone
Includes recap email with homework and access to me for clarification and guidance for the following week.

Initial Session (90 minutes): $175

Follow up sessions (75 minutes): $150

Acupuncture Clients get $25 of all coaching sessions.

POLICIES:

Please contact me directly to book your first session. I try to be flexible with cancellations but it is courteous to pay for a missed visit if you do not give 12 hours notice.
